The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

4. Product Orders & Customization
UniPride specializes in bulk institutional and corporate orders. While we strive for absolute precision in customization (logos, colors, and sizes), slight variations may occur due to fabric properties and manufacturing processes. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
5. Payment Terms
For bulk orders, payment schedules (advance, progress payments, and final balance) will be outlined in the specific project quotation or agreement. For online orders, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We take pride in our "On-Time Delivery" guarantee. However, delivery timelines provided are estimates. UniPride is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural disasters, or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of institutional uniforms, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect. Any claims for defects must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
8. Limitation of Liability
UniPride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the specific defective products purchased.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
